My name is Trina McDermott, and I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) with over 20 years of experience selling homes in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. I specialize in helping personal representatives, executors, trustees, and administrators with the sale of property when it is time to settle an estate.
There are many details to attend to in an ordinary real estate transaction. Add in the loss of a loved one, the attorneys, the court, the heirs, a lifetime of accumulated belongings and the deferred maintenance on the home, and the sale becomes far more complicated. That is why it helps to have a REALTOR® on your side who knows the ins and outs of the probate process, who knows who to call for cleaning, repairs and the removal of contents, and who knows how to get a property ready so it sells for what it is worth, in a reasonable amount of time.
Probate transactions can be delicate. Please rest assured that you will never feel pressured. We will move at whatever pace you and your circumstances dictate. It is never easy losing someone we hold dear, and when you are faced with selling a home full of memories, the burden and the honor of settling an estate can feel overwhelming.
